MICROSCOPE AND CUTTING ANALYSIS

Probably one of the most used and under rated piece of equipment for our mud loggers. With the introduction of PDC bits, samples are ground very finely. This poses an issue in seeing porosity and fine details such as hairline fracturing. To ensure that every detail is seen, we maintain and protect our 7x to 90x power zoom trinocular microscopes. Pictured below are examples of the clarity and quality our microscopes produce.
